Warranty and Guarantee

Tua Viso 1 Year Limited Warranty

Tua Viso sold under TJA (UK) LTD will repair this product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. Repair service can be obtained during the warranty period by returning the product to TJA (UK) LTD. In the event this product is returned to TJA (UK) LTD for warranty service, TJA (UK) LTD may offer to exchange the product with a new or rebuilt replacement product (repair) at no additional charge. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A WARRANTY AUTHORISATION NUMBER together with purchase receipt or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE will be required before warranty performance is rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover rubber-seal components (see operating manual) nor does it cover damage or loss which occurs in shipment or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or service by anyone other than TJA (UK) LTD.

If within one year of purchasing your Tua Viso unit, the unit malfunctions simply email support@holdbacktime.com within one year of the dispatch date to receive a WARRANTY RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER and ADDRESS for RETURN.

For your warranty return to be accepted you must meet the following return terms and conditions:


1. Write your return authorisation number on to your receipt where indicated and write a brief reason for return.
2. You MUST return the main unit in the ORIGINAL TUA VISO PACKAGING with the COMPLETE CONTENTS (minus only the sponges you may have used up).
3. Use a TRACEABLE FORM OF SHIPPING such as recorded delivery.
4. It is ESSENTIAL that your return is accompanied by either the purchase receipt or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE and has an AUTHORISATION NUMBER.

PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ABOVE FOUR POINTS OF OUR RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET IN FULL, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All sales are final.

Limits and Exclusions

There are no express warranties except as before mentioned. Neither TJA (UK) LTD nor anyone involved in the production or sale of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period before mentioned
