Q Why am I not getting exactly the same contractions as seen in the video?
A. First, it may very well be that at your starting point
your less-used muscle fibres are atrophied (diminished) and weak. You may
see some visible
fluttering in some areas. As your Tua Viso starts to work on these
less-used muscle fibres, the visible contraction will get stronger and more
uniform.
You will start to get lift and tone – and great results!
A. Second, you may not be on the correct contact points
for your face. This can happen at the very beginning – we all have
slightly different facial anatomy. Simply move the sponges around a little,
always during the
pulse sequence and always no more than one centimetre away from the Handbook
application points. You will know when you are in the correct place -
it will feel right and really good. Then muscle memory will help you find
that
position easily next time. Each time you use Tua Viso it gets easier
and easier – soon you’ll be doing it in the dark!
Q My Tua Viso isn’t working – what should I do?
A. Tua Viso is a premium quality product that is beautifully
made and designed to last. 99% of the time there is a simple explanation
to why
your Tua Viso isn’t ‘working’ that is solvable by
you at home.
If there is no power:
- Does the battery need changing?
- Did you accidentally get your Tua Viso
wet so that a little water may have got inside the unit? If so, remove the battery
and store your Tua Viso in a dry place, preferably in an airing
cupboard ensuring the unit is lying down horizontally on a flat surface,
reservoirs pointing downward. Leave to ‘dry out’ for 48 hours and you should find your Tua Viso
back to normal. Make sure you always use your water dispenser bottle in
future to fill the water reservoirs.
- Did you yank the wires when
changing the battery? Don’t worry
if you did, but you may have broken a solder seal that connects a
wire with
your battery. This is easily repairable. Take your Tua Viso to any
reputable electrical shop where they will easily reconnect your Tua
Viso to the battery.
In future always be gentle when removing your battery. Simply pinch
at each of the battery connection ‘poppas’ with your forefinger
and thumb and the connection will undo. Then you can easily connect
a new
battery.

If there is power but you cannot feel the pulse:
- Do your sponges need changing? - It is time to change your sponges
when the impulse becomes weak, even though you have increased the intensity
(and you know the battery doesn’t need changing) And you have just
washed the sponges in mild soapy water and thoroughly rinsed off with
clean water.
- Are your sponges wet? Make sure that you have filled the
reservoirs with tap water and have pressed the sponges at intervals
to wet them.
Remember, follow the Handbook and look after your Tua Viso and it will
last indefinitely.
